ELEVATE Program

Single Payment: $1447 or

3 payments of $527. Plus $199 jumpstart fee.

Includes 24 strength training sessions, 2 InBody scans (optional) and 12 weeks of nutrition coaching with a registered dietician.

In-person 1:1 Strength Training Sessions In-studio/Gym

$40 per session - Just 30 minutes of strength training 1 or 2 times a week has been proven to help people to maintain lean muscle mass, increase bone density and improve metabolism. Perfect for busy people, these 30 minute strength training sessions are designed as a full body workout but can be tailored to include specific muscle groups your'e wanting to strengthen.

Online Strength Training Sessions starting at $160

$40 per session 4 SESSION PREPAID MINIMUM

Do you prefer to work out at home? Or maybe you travel a lot? You can train with us online! These 30 minute strength training sessions are designed as a full body workout but can be tailored to include specific muscle groups your'e wanting to strengthen. No equipment? No problem! We can send you what you need to get a full body strength training workout using light-weight, travel friendly equipment.

8-Session Package

SAVE $5 when you buy 8.

$317 for 8 30-minute strength training sessions. Must use all 8 sessions within 90 days of purchase.

Semi-private (Small Group) Strength Training In-studio/Gym

$35/session. 2 person min. Pre-paid package includes 4, 8 or 12

45 min-1- hour strength training sessions per month. 

Must use all sessions within 60 days of purchase.

Nutrition Jumpstart

$160/ month. Includes: A detailed nutrition program (includes PDF + video from your dietician and 7 days of , bi-weekly check-ins via email with responses from your dietitian providing detailed feedback + relevant resources specific to you, and educational emails throughout the month to keep you informed and help you stay on track

$67 per session - Perfect for busy people, these 45 minute strength training sessions are designed as a full body workout but can be tailored to include specific muscle groups your'e wanting to strengthen. Use your own equipment or equipment will be provided.

FIT-Start Intro Package

3 sessions for $99. Must use all 3 sessions within 60 days of purchase.

"Family Discount" DISCONTINUED

10% off 8 session package when 2 or more people sign up together. Must use all 8 sessions within 90 days of purchase.
