Get Strong with Dawn
Transform Your Body and Mind
I will work with you to develop a personalized plan to help you get strong and build your self confidence.

PHASE ONE, PROCESS:
Improve how you move by first learning good form on functional movements such as squats, lunges, and bodyweight movements with my guidance and at your own pace.
Once you are comfortable in these basic functional movements, you'll move toward more challenging movements to build a stronger body and a stronger you.

PHASE TWO, PROGRESS:
You'll begin noticing positive changes when you see that you're already increasing your physical strength, balance, and coordination first with bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, then quickly progressing to free-weights using dumbbells, kettlebells and eventually a barbell for other weightlifting movements.
