Hello and welcome to Limitless Strength & Fitness!

I'm Dawn Bordelon. I am a women's strength and fitness coach, public speaker and the founder and driving force behind our empowering fitness community.

 

My motto is: "Find what moves you, and don't stop there!"

My journey into the world of fitness coaching was fueled by my own story of perseverance and transformation.

Growing up, I faced my own set of physical and emotional challenges that tested my limits.

I struggled with self-doubt, fluctuating weight, and a lack of confidence that seemed insurmountable.

But one day, I decided to take charge of my life.

​

I committed to showing up for myself  every single day, investing in my health, and pushing beyond my perceived limits.

 

This journey wasn't easy, but it proved that with consistency, determination, and the right guidance, anything is possible.

​

Through hard work and dedication, I transformed not only my body but also my mindset.

​

This transformation inspired me to create Limitless Strength & Fitness—a sanctuary where women of all backgrounds can discover their own power and potential.

 

Here, we celebrate victories big and small, support each other through struggles, and strive to be the best versions of ourselves.

​

One of my proudest moments as a coach was working with Janice, who, after back surgery, regained her strength and confidence through our targeted 12-week strength training program.

Watching her blossom into a more empowered version of herself reminded me why I do what I do.
